Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right, inform us (Johann Größbacher, Feldgasse 68, 3270 Scheibbs, Austria, email j.groessbacher@jgreaterlab.com) of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund uses the same means of payment as the original transaction; no fees are charged.
Early start and loss of the right of withdrawal
If you request that SnapCache Pro begin during the withdrawal period and expressly acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends when performance begins, the right of withdrawal ends at that start (digital services under the Austrian FAGG). Otherwise, if performance has begun at your request without that early loss, you pay a reasonable amount for the share already provided compared with the full contract (§ 16 FAGG).
